1. Media Release
By participating in any Full Spectrum Healing LLC program, you grant permission to Full Spectrum Healing LLC to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, or other media that may include your image or likeness. This media may be used for promotional, educational, or other business purposes in any format or media now known or later developed, without compensation or further consent.
2. Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Full Spectrum Healing LLC for any of our programs, whether virtual or in-person, are non-refundable, without exception.
Pre-Program Cancellation: If you must cancel your enrollment before the program begins, you can transfer your credit towards a future program within two calendar years from the original program start date. This credit can be used for any available program offered by Full Spectrum Healing LLC within this period.
Post-Access Cancellation: Once you have received access to the program materials, whether through physical delivery or digital access, you forfeit any tuition paid in the event of cancellation. There will be no refunds or credits issued once materials have been accessed.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Securing insurance relatively soon after making a deposit ensures coverage for any unexpected events or circumstances that may arise before or during the trip.
3. Liability Release
By participating in any Full Spectrum Healing LLC program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in our programs may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risks. You assume all risks associated with participation.
